·該全自動切割機流水線是我公司根據市場需要，綜合國內外先進技術開發的Z新產品。該流水線由電腦數控玻璃切割機、玻璃自動上片台、玻璃掰片台三部分組成。采用日本安川伺服係統和台灣寶元控製器，具有操作方便，使用範圍廣，切割速度高，切割尺寸精度高，起動和刹車快、穩、準等特點。台灣玻璃排版軟件保證了輸入方式和排版Z大優化。該機組取片、送片、掰片弦個過程實現全自動化操作，生產效率高，勞動強度低，特別適用於批量生產。
· Automatic Glass Cutting Line are the latest product developed by our company according to the market demands integrated domestic and foreign advanced technologies. The Cutting Lineunits compose of CNC glass cutting machine, glass automatic loading table and glass bread out table. It applies Japanese Yaskawa servo system and Taiwan controller and features convenient operation, wide application, high cutting speed, precise cutting size, fast, stable and accurate start and brake. Taiwan glass layout software to insure best input mode and layout. The machine units have fully automatic operation for glass taking, sending, cutting and breaking with high production
efficiency, low labor intensity which is particulariy suitable for mass production.
